The package was left outside and was wet. The cards were damaged and not offered replacement after numerous emails.
Real shame as cards are lovely. Won’t use again after bad experience

Terrible customer service. The worst.
We purchased 2 prints in the sale at the Padstow store on Saturday 5th Feb. We chatted with the assistant and advised we weren't sure if we had 1 of them already. (We had purchased several full price prints before Christmas.) AT NO POINT DID THE ASSISTANT ADVISE THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SELECT AN ALTERNATIVE. On trying to load the prints at the front of the shop, we found they would not fit.
The assistant advised she would arrange delivery instead, and we left the items there.
Rebecca from head office rang to take our address. At this point we requested she swap the Laura Rich print for any other Laura Rich print (same price), as we realised we had purchased 2 of the same in error. We also stated that we were aware that there may be a delivery charge.
Rebecca quickly dismissed our request of a simple alternative being shipped, and quoted their policy on exchanges and returns. She emailed to advise the assistant told us of the policy. This is not true. At no point did the assistant tell us this.
So, Rebecca refuses a simple request to ship an alternative as we have already paid for the item and will only ship out a print we already have.
To reiterate, these prints have never been in our possession. they are with head office awaiting shipping. Why oh why couldn't Rebecca have simply shipped another Laura Rich print of the same value?
We spent over a thousand pounds before Christmas and £250 on Saturday. I will never buy from them again. A terrible experience. We have been very unfairly treated and will now seek to receive a refund through our consumer rights.
Delay and poor communication
Have used Whistlefish in the past and been pleased. I have just recently bought birthday cards and Christmas cards online. No dispatch communication for two weeks so telephoned customer services. The lady I spoke to was pleasant and said some of my items hadn’t been in stock causing the delay but they had now come back into stock so I would receive my order in a few days, which I did. Unfortunately some of the items were still missing but I had been sent other cards to replace them. I feel this should have been communicated to me when I contacted them so I could say if I wanted to wait for the correct cards or choose replacements.

Excellent quality, stunning designs, recyclable card and removing the plastic - perfect.
I first came across these cards in a giftshop, amazing value, beautiful designs, and bought a few.
I googled the site when I got home - even more designs and big discounts if you buy ten...
Added anything I liked thinking I'd whittle it down - then thought it would be simpler to double up on a few and have two lots of ten....
Then if I added a few more, free P&P...
safe to say I won't need to buy any cards for a while
great selection, from blank, thank you and Happy Birthday through to 'In Sympathy'. 'In sympathy' with a beautiful cat picture no less.
Wonderful cards and service
I have just received my order of Whistlefish cards and I am 100% happy with them. The quality is excellent - they look even better than online - and they are great value when you buy a number of cards together. One of my cards was out of stock so they replaced it with another equally beautiful card and added an extra 2 cards to my package as a gesture of goodwill - what fabulous customer service. The cards were carefully packed and I was well informed about their delivery. All in all an excellent company to buy from - I will be buying more and would definitely recommend them.
Just received my first order
Just received my first order. I am very impressed with the gorgeous cards fabulous assortment and great quality all at really affordable prices. I had looked at other online retailers but they were so expensive it put me off. Even the packaging is lovely I felt bad putting it in the recycling. I will definitely be ordering again.

Fabulous- Card/wrap business you MUST try!!
Oh my goodness, Ive found a gem of a company that has just solved all of those card problems around birthdays and christmas as well as wrap etc. Beautiful cards-i chose to do a few bundles-you can pick all your cards individually. Choice was just lovely. Then decided to add a couple of bundles of xmas cards. Solved all those problems of buying packs and not liking half of them!! They even compensated me with a replacement and 2 free cards because one style (out of about 60) was out of stock. Customer service at its best; quality & choice to die for and prices are totally reasonable and cheaper than the shops!! Absolutely spot on!!!
